Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with PINOY TAMBAYAN RESTAURANT L.L.C through this website, by WhatsApp or by telephone.

Who you are contracting with

PINOY TAMBAYAN RESTAURANT L.L.C, trade licence 852644 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, commercial register 1824602, tax registration number 100573097100003, at Al Adiyat Residence 2 - 1 Al Barsha Rd - opposite Dubai International Academy - Al Barsha First - Al Barsha - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

Prices

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams and include value added tax at 5 percent. The price you see is the price you pay. A tax invoice showing our TRN is available on request.

Delivery

Delivery is free within 5 km of the restaurant and AED 5 beyond that. There is no minimum order value. Preparation normally takes 10 to 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes at peak times. We confirm a delivery time when we accept your order. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Payment

You may pay the rider in cash or by card on delivery. In the restaurant we accept Credit card, Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash.

Food information

No pork is served at Pinoy Tambayan. Pinoy Tambayan is not halal certified. Tell us about any allergy when you order and we will tell you what is in the dish. Please assume shared cooking equipment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
